业主于20世纪70年代前往沙特阿拉伯创办自己的企业，40多年后，他计划在曾度过许多美好时光的那座山顶上建造一座宏伟的别墅。与此同时，这座别墅也成为了他名声的象征，以及他长期努力工作的结晶。.

总面积约为3000平方米，建筑面积为1200平方米。建筑外立面采用石灰岩，配有石柱。从阳台俯瞰，可见一座宽敞的私人法式花园，中央矗立着一座直径10米的喷泉。 室内装饰采用米色大理石，配以壁饰、柱子和墙面。.
