Project Overview Following a successful career in international trade, the owner sought to establish a premier sanctuary along the coast of the French Riviera—a region renowned for its timeless elegance and historic charm. The resulting residence is a grand estate situated on a dramatic cliffside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, designed to blend seamlessly with the lush coastal landscape.
The total site encompasses over 4,500 square meters, with a main residence footprint of 1,500 square meters. The architecture utilizes high-durability limestone facades and exquisite marble detailing to withstand the coastal environment while maintaining a luxurious aesthetic. From the expansive wrap-around balcony, one overlooks a tiered terraced garden featuring a signature central sculpture fountain. The interior design prioritizes the extensive use of White Carrara and Emperador Dark marble, custom-crafted for grand flooring patterns, structural columns, and bespoke bathroom vanities.
